- Legal conformity – We always act within the legal framework and requirements set by the legislator and regularly check legal conformity.
- Independent and transparent – We commit ourselves to always maintain our independence from external interests and to communicate our business model transparently to the public. Our comparative evaluations of products were, are, and will never be for sale.
- Data-based and up-to-date – Based on state-of-the-art technology and AI-supported processes, we ensure maximum automation and topicality in the presentation of our test and comparison results.
- Simple and understandable – With the help of a clear presentation of information that is continuously optimized on the basis of user feedback, we pursue the goal of ensuring that our presented test and comparison results can also be understood by laypersons and accelerate the purchase decision process.
- By consumers for consumers – Our tests and comparisons are to be based on consumer experience, be it via conducted consumer tests or the aggregation and comparative evaluation of external buyer ratings. Laboratory tests under artificial conditions are regularly not our approach.
- For consumer maturity and the environment – The goal of the tests and comparisons we produce is to enable consumers to make an informed decision for or against the purchase of a product, thereby increasing the likelihood of consumer satisfaction with their purchased products.
