This is how it works

We provide you with an individual offer. After signature, you will get access to your custom dashboard including a tracking link so that you are always informed about the current status

You advise your client to send the us the product to the provided address of the assigned testing facility

Once the product(s) have reached us, we will conduct the consumer tests, document these with photos, and publish the results on to defined media outlets

You will receive the URLs to the test reports, 3-5 images from our testing line, and a seal that you can pass on to your customers

The total timeframe from product receipt to test publication regularly takes 10-15 working days

What happens if we or our client is not happy with the test results and consequently the publications?

Even though, 90%+ of all consumer tests do have a positive outcome, our testers work independantly and therefore our test results will not be adapted. But you/your client will have the option to take the test results as a valuable way to improve the product and to hold back publication – in that scenario, you/your client would get back 50% of the costs.

Can you publish a consumer test for the very same prdouct on several media outlet?

Yes of course! Even though they will have the same results and content, the wording and tonality might change, being aligned to the tonality of each publisher. Good news for you: We typically provide discounts for mulit-site orders.

How much time and effort will one testing process require from us as an agency and from our clients?

The overall process is just a matter of a few minutes and almost hands-off for you and your client. In the end, you or your client will send us the product(s) and check the status of the testing and publication process via the tracking link we will provide, that’s all. In the end you will get the URLs of the publications together with the seal.

How much does the testing and publication as well as the seal cost us?

The prices depend on the media outlets, the type of product and complexity of testing/storing it. That’s why we provide individual offers for each order. Just reach out to us naming the products and markets/publishers you would want to get the publications onboarded and we will come up with a custom offer.

Do you only work as a white-label partner or would you also directly collaborate with our clients on demand?

Typically, we collaborate with agencies but we are also happy to get in direct contact with your clients if you do not want to be involved in the process at all.

How long will the publication remain online? And how long will the client be able to use the seal?

The publications will stay online for one year, and your client will be able to use the seal for that same period. Usually, you will get the option to prolong the publication lifetime annually.
